2.Analysed trends and metrics within the HR department.
3.Report to HR Manager
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
2.Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
3.Minimum 3 years of related experience, priority will be given to candidates familiar with the Blockchain industry.
4.Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin (to communicate with mandarin speaking associates).
5.Good knowledge of labour legislation.
6.Strong talent acquisition skills
