Location - Bedok
Salary – up to $3200 (Depend on Experience & Qualification)
5 days work per week - 8am to 5.30pm
Job Purpose:
Generate SMT placement programs from available CAD/machine data, coordinating with suppliers for solder paste stencil fabrication. Optimize SMT machine processes, troubleshoot/repair, and maintain equipment. Fabricate jigs/fixtures for efficient SMT production.
Job Scope:
1. Programming SMT devices with XY coordinates for precise mounting.
2. Request CAD and Gerber data, merge information, and prepare metal mask stencils.
3. Create loading and layout lists for efficient processing.
4. Optimize and balance SMT machine placement to minimize downtime.
5. Troubleshoot SMT machines to ensure smooth operation.
6. Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance for all SMT equipment.
7. Implement process improvements based on company system concepts, focusing on quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness.
8. Participate in companywide improvement programs, including small group activities (QC Circle) and Production enhancement through company system.
Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 2 years working experience in SMT production
