We are current looking for a highly skilled Fundraising Manager for our social service agency (SSA) to help us fulfil this important undertaking.
Responsibilities
The Fundraising Manager will be involved in :
- Take charge and drive all fundraising activities in SSA
- Formulate fundraising strategy, structure, and processes
- Plan and organize fundraising events and campaigns to meet assigned fundraising target
- Donor acquisition, appreciation, reporting and retention
- Donor Management System administrative duties
- Stakeholders relationship building and management
- Reporting of fundraising status and impact to Board, management and donors/ funders
- Event planning, organising and execution
- Community partnerships with the objective of fund raising, outreach and collaborations
- Any tasks and projects that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Independent and self driven
- Desire to serve and build a career in the social service sector
- Proactive, resourceful and a positive ‘Can do’ attitude
- Able to adopt a marketing mindset
- Experienced in fundraising and leading a fundraising department
- Event organising or Sales and Marketing will be an advantage

Sun Ray Scheme
Sun Ray is a centralised scheme administered by NCSS to develop individuals who have strong leadership qualities to lead professional practices and agencies in the social service sector.
To enable a holistic development. there will be structured rotation across social service agencies in different sub-sectors to provide individuals with cross-organisational exposure and support. The exposure will enable those on the Sun Ray to develop broader sector perspectives and gain deep sector knowledge to help the social service agencies that they are deployed to build capabilities and capacity.
We are looking for individuals with strong motivation and leadership capabilities to lead agencies or professional practices to achieve social impact in the social service sector.
