Objectives
The Senior Customer Service Executive is responsible for leading a team of service specialist, delivering exceptional service to the assigned customers and is able to deliver and exceed customers expectation of all the after-sales services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team and to ensure all services are being delivered promptly.
- Review, improve and implement processes to ensure best practices are in place.
- Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
- Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
- Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .
Key Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
- Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong attention to details
- Able to lead and manage a team
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
