Job Description
- Prepare Tender Submission, Design and Quantitative tender details.
- Attend to Customer Meetings and Technical Site Coordination.
- Review and Evaluate Tender Drawings and Documents.
- Prepare cost estimate and cost plan quantification, ensuring that all quantities, rates, assumptions and exclusions are correct.
- Review and assess Contracts, Prepare VO Charges.
- Request for quotation from Contractors and Suppliers.
- Prepare bill of quantities and Quotations.
- Assure that quotations are in line with the client’s requirements.
- Cost analysis and bench marking.
Requirements
- Good working attitude
- Singaporean, SPR and Malaysian are welcome
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Degree/ Diploma in Civil & Building Construction/Quantity Surveying.
Working Hour
- Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm
