Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain constructive and effective relationships with customer representatives, to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
· Co-ordinate and liaison in supply chain process with customers, freight forwarders, and transporters, to ensure on-time delivery and receiving.
· Host toolbox meeting, work with warehousing, shipment plans, HR on manpower allocation and warehouse/Yard space planning
· Manage inbound/outbound cargo, consumables materials, and supplies level
· Maintain WMS system, accuracy of inventory records, and shipment status reports
· Project budgeting, cost management, and invoicing.
· Conduct cargo and cycle-count audits, and monitor various operational KPIs, with follow-up actions and reporting.
· Support port, warehousing, and other cross-functional activities as and when required.
· Outline container stuffing and unstuffing plans, and review safety and operation method statements.
· Ensure facility cleanliness, tidiness, and upkeep of facility infrastructure
· Cargo quality, operation safety, and efficient management, whilst always seeking opportunities to improve.
· Creative in solving supply chain and operation issues, meeting deadlines, and timely response to queries.
Key Requirements:

- Ability to use the technical skill, process discipline to build & develop service deliverables & capabilities.
- Good spoken and written communication skills to coordinate with customers or / and appointed vendors
- Prior experience in handling spare parts or healthcare products are at advantage
