Our client an IT MNC company is looking for an IT System Analyst (C#, Banking Projects) - TK.
- Permanent role
- 5 days work week (Hybrid mode after probation)
- Will work with C#, UiPath (RPA), MS Power Apps and others
IT System Analyst (C#, Banking Projects) - TK
Job Responsibilities:
- Proposing a system solution for clients and understanding their business needs and to uncover additional opportunities within assigned market and accounts through on-site demo application/product support
- Provide Pre- and Post-sales and technical support to customers
- System development and maintenance current system for corporate clients
- Support Engineer on site when requested.
- Includes requirement gathering, design, development, testing and related documentation.
- Build a strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients are essential for effectively translating opportunities into orders
- Collect feedback from the internal and client to make continuous improvement of service.
- To complete any other work assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
- Business Analyst skill is needed to understand business needs to provide system solution to client
- Ability to propose proactively to clients to develop new job for the company
- Good communication skill to work with client and team
- C#.net (Mainly use c# .net but other software is welcome)
- Documentation skill
- Willing to learn other software such as MS power apps, RPA(UiPath), Denodo, Qlik or etc.
- Fexible and able to work under difficult situation with team to achieve projects goal.
- Banking Business Knowledge will be a plus, as most client is from the finance or banking company.
- Have DX/Business Automation project experience will be an advantage.
