Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in achieving strategic objectives and targets.
- Drive sales through the development of new accounts, and manage both existing and new customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain a high level of rapport with customers, providing them with accurate market reports and timely information for decision-making purposes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and conflicts as they arise.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales is preferred.
- The candidate should be proactive, energetic, and possess a good personality.
- Must have skills in sales and marketing, communications, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in computer usage, specifically MS Office.
- Must be proficient in English for business communication purposes.
- Should possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently is a must.
