Receptionist

Tripleline Technologies Private Limited

This advertisement is for Receptionist.


If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Only Singaporeans and PR apply.


Contract Period: 1 Jun 2024 to 31 May 2025

(or adjusted according to the actual start date after the issuance of LOA).


Benefits:

  • 14 days annual leave
  • 14 days medical leave

Working Hours:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
  • Working hours may be changed based on school needs. However, the number of working hours per week will remain the same i.e. 42 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage General Office counter
  • Attend to walk-ins and phone calls
  • Address stakeholders’ queries
  • Provide basic first aid to pupils with minor injuries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Track and replenish first-aid items in General Office
  • Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel
  • Deployed personnel is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Completed secondary school education
  • Those who did not complete secondary school education, but with relevant working experience may also be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good team player
  • Good organisation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as a Receptionist
