Work Location: Yishun
Work Contract : 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 8.00am to 5.00pm
Friday : 8.0am to 4.30pm
Job Requirement
- Perform bulk printing and duplicating services using in-house photocopier machines
- Perform finishing works onto printouts such as corner-stapling, hole-punched, collate by class & saddle-stitch
- Support Examination Committee in printing, collation, movement and safekeeping of the examination papers under prevailing tightened measures
- Ensure the printouts match the printing requests
- Ensure printing jobs are performed accurately and timely
- Maintain and upkeep the stationery inventory in the printing room
- Liaise with printer company on machine’s consumables
- Support front office during peak periods such as recess time & dismissal and perform simple administration duties
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level certification
- Ability to operate printing machines
- Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
