- Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing from order receipt to invoice
- Ensure order entry is entered efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with other department to support timely delivery of all products to the customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely & professional manners
- Liaise with internal counterparts to manage customer orders and make any necessary rectifications and eliminated any defects pertaining to customer service
- Follow-up closely on shipment details to keep customer notified of delivery status of products
- Manage good return from customers as per company policies and guidelines
- Manage and review backlog, shipment and billing through regular analysis
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
