Job Title: Technician (ID3365)
Location: Serangoon
Working Hours: 6 days work, A shift – 6:50am to 3:00pm ,B shift – 2:50pm to 11:00pm ,C shift - 10:50pm to 7:00am
Salary: $2400-$2800
Job Description:
• Set up mold and adjust machine to meet quality requirement in the production and submit to the quality control for approval.
• Conducts troubleshooting on part defects and executes corrective action to minimized rejection.
• Prepares materials needed in the production.
• Checks the materials stock on the central material conveying area and report to the shift supervisor any unavailable materials that needs in the production
• Monitors and check on parts produced and ensure its in acceptable conditions
• Monitors cycle time & adjust if necessary to meet the target.
• Withdraw packaging materials that will use in the production operation.
• Assist supervisor in analyzing and implement solution on problem pertaining to the quality of the parts.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations.
• Implement 5S and good housekeeping in the production area.
• Performs other tasks assigned by his supervisor to achieve department objective.
Requirements:
• 1year experience in injection molding operation
• Able to read mold drawing.
• At least can understand simple electrical circuit
