- Evaluate and recommend new techniques and technologies
- Manage Research and Development (R&D) credit studies and related activities
- Develop and sustain excellent client relationships during delivery of Research and Development (R&D) services
- Assist (other) Research and Development (R&D) project personnels with the delivery of engagements as needed,
including research and writing with regard to technical issues
- Provide Research and Development (R&D) quality assurance, engagement reviewer and exam support
- Builds effective cross-functional relationships with field implementation, regional food, distribution, facilities and
other professional services teams
- Implements and monitors quality assurance programs to ensure they meet or exceed intended objectives
- Manages third party audit program for region
- May provide technical guidance for quality assurance specialists in Region
