Job Responsibilities
- Drive and implement commercial plans across owned and top-tier online marketplace accounts like RedMart and Amazon.
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth within key eCommerce accounts, including negotiations on terms of sale, pricing, and online promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Conduct accurate forecasting, monitor inventory levels, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on various marketplaces accounts and manage corporate website, E-commerce site and LinkedIn account.
- Utilize UX/UI design and checkout process optimization to enhance customer experience and reduce cart abandonment.
- Utilize various online marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to effectively reach target consumers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business / Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experiences in FMCG or Retail industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms, order management s
- ystems, and fulfillment processes.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, UX/UI design principles.
