DUTIES:
- Manage data in System and reports.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Assist in APAR, Bank Recon
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Simple processing of orders.
- maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- Claim Expenses.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ad-Hoc duties as and when assign.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent level qualifications.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Highly adaptable and willing to learn.
• Committed and have a positive work attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint).
• Warehouse office enviroment.
**Mandarin speaking will be advantage, for associate china side.
***Familiar in UBS Software will be advantage.
