WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We are looking for a Deal Operations Administrator to join our Deal Desk Team. This role will provide the support as required by the team to ensure deal desk activities are followed up and closed in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support deal activities which may involve coordination across multiple teams (Finance, operations, partner, legal and CS teams) in the organization
- Data collection from internal system
- Proactively respond to internal customer (Sales team) queries in a timely manner
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
YOU ARE
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as this candidate is expected to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Prior experience with JIRA, G-suite is a plus
- 1+ years of work experience in administrative / commercial role is a plus
- With IT industry background is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast pace, global & multicultural environment
