· Responsible for the full scope of farm operations from seeds to the packhouse
· Oversee the implementation of technology and digital solutions across operations
· Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
· Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
· Working closely and collaborating with the Sales Department to enhance customers' experience to ensure customer retention
· Be the technology advocate for improving farming operations and crop quality
· Oversee daily operations of the farm and the work of executives
· Identify and lead Farm improvement projects to increase productivity and yield.
Requirements
· Degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field
· 10+ years of relevant work experience in a management position in agricultural
· Strong computer skills with experience with climate control software platforms
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Experience in building up new farms and managing the project is a bonus
