COMPANY DESCRIPTION
THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors Community, and Therapy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Time Management and Service Quality
- Ensure proper maintenance of all vehicles to ensure all vehicles works towards zero breakdown including proper operating wheelchair lift or other mobility devices where necessary.
- Administer safety procedures for all drivers to follow during transportation to ensure safe and secure transport environment.
- Follow emergency procedures when necessary.
- To support drivers in the event of crisis such as manpower shortage, etc
Data Management
- Perform administrative tasks such as manage duty rooster for all drivers, including billing and claims.
- Manage all drivers annual leave and schedule basis on the duty rooster.
- Ensure familiar with BCP for MOW.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a point-of-contact to support all programs related to logistic matters.
- Work closely with team members.
- Class 2/3 Driving License, Bus Vocational License and Bus Attendant Vocational License
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Candidates are required to handle heavy loads.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages.
- Pleasant personality with passion for serving the elderly/special needs community.
