The successful candidate will have suitable experience in managing the procurement of materials for brownfield projects.
Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities:
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Creating and maintaining inventory schedules
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
We would like to hear from candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in inventory management, business, logistics or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in material planning for construction projects or large-scale material moves
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particulary in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
