Operations Executive (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Lakeside)

Job Title: Operations Executive (ID8125)
Location: Lakeside
Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm
Off day: Sun and PH off
OT: 1.5 times, Sun and PH 2 times
Salary: $2500 - $3000

Job Description:
• Compilation of production data using SAP.
• Verify production data and investigate when there are signs of discrepancies.
• Check and verify the efficiency and yield from production.
• Monitoring of transferred raw material from warehouse to production and from production return to warehouse.
• Monitoring of finished goods quantity vs raw material usage.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
• Conduct daily cycle count.
• Generate reports for customers.
• Create goods return notes for customers.
• Assist in goods receiving.
• Monitoring of inventory in warehouse and liaise with 3rd Party warehouse.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:
• GCE “O” Level / Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
