Responsibilities and Duties:
As a member of Corporate Communications & Partnerships department, you will be reporting to the Lead, Fundraising with the following responsibilities:
· Donor management including segmentation and targeting (e.g. explore new corporate and individual donor accounts and strengthen existing accounts
· Database management (e.g. upkeeping of donor records and track contributions)
· Assist in planning, management and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
· Compliance with statutory fundraising requirements and Code of Governance
· Developing and executing direct mail campaigns
Preparing reports on donor activity for Fundraising Committee and Senior Management
Job Requirements:
· Tertiary education, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business
· At least 2 years’ working experience in related fields preferred
· Experience in healthcare and/or non-profit sector in fundraising will have an added advantage.
· A team player with initiatives and desires to help our beneficiaries through his/her work
· Computer skills including proficiency in database, Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
· Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Detailed-oriented and pleasant personality
