Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
Contract Period: 15 June 2024 to 14 June 2026
Job Details:
1. Front desk reception duties such as attending to phone calls and walk-in customers.
2. Handle mails and faxes.
3. Attend to pupils’ needs such as injuries and helping to track missing pupils etc.
4. Assist in pupil matters such as daily attendance, admission, P1 registration, P1 Orientation, Sec 1 Posting Exercise, updating of record of daily activities etc.
5. Maintain and update school data records.
6. Assist in data compilation.
7. Assist in logistics duties such as sorting/distribution of booklets/pamphlets, maintaining inventory, stock-taking, loan of equipment and maintenance of equipment in rooms etc.
8. Any other duties as and when assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager, Teachers, Management Support Officers etc.
Job Requirement :
- A minimum GCE ‘O’ or 'N' Level Certificate or its equivalent.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Positive and willing to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Able to work in fast paced environment. Able to multi task.
- Able to interact with young children.
- Prior experience in working in a local primary school is preferred.
