Responsibilities for Telesales Executive
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers using a prepared sales script to cross sell additional services.
- Engage potential customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their needs and introduce relevant services.
- Address customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate information and solutions to overcome resistance.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and set up a meeting/e-meeting with a sales representative.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of conversations, sales, and follow-up activities.
