Responsibilities
- Perform the full cycle Sales Operation
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary
- Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports
- Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document types and their respective verification SOPs.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience required
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel
- Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience
- Diploma holder will be preferred with basic accounting knowledge
