Based on our success in these six markets, we are confident that our solution will be relevant and in demand in other countries within the region as well. We are currently finalising expansion plans into Malaysia, Vietnam and Brunei.

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Software Project Manager with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding healthcare industry standards, and leading projects that contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology. Extremely bright and ambitious fresh graduates from Singapore Universities may also be considered.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution, Project Documentation
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule,
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project communication and documentation
Client Interaction:
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years of experience in software project management, preferably in the IT industry.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to analyse complex problems and make informed decisions.
Ability to draw workflow diagrams using Miro board or any such tools
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Good Stakeholder Management, Communication and expectation management skills
