Responsibilities:
- Integrating business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts, guiding the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock-ups.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life.
- Design concepts and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions and iterate on user feedback.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools and techniques to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or UI/UX Design or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product design within Banking or financial or any similar industry
- Good stakeholder management and ability to discuss product design solutions and improve process or customer experience.
- You have enough curiosity to stay savvy about industry and UX trends.
