Core responsibilities
· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
· Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
· Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
· Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
Job specifications
· At least Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in construction industry
· Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
