We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Beauty Salon Manager to lead our beauty therapy team and elevate the overall client experience. As an Assistant Beauty Salon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and success of our salon.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
Individual should
1. Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including advanced facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized services.
2. Provide advanced skincare consultations, analyze clients' skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
3. Mentor and train junior beauty therapists, providing guidance on technical skills, client interaction, and overall professional development.
4. Conduct regular team meetings to share knowledge, discuss best practices, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new services and promotions to enhance the salon's offerings and attract a diverse clientele.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for beauty products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
Technical Skills & competencies:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist in a reputable salon or spa setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of skincare, advanced beauty treatments, and product lines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.
