Working Hours Mon to Thur (8.30am to 6pm), Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Working Location: Upper Thomson, occasion on-sites
Job Description
- Process ERP Stock Requisition Requests and Stock Returns: Manage lifecycle of stock requests and returns; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Conduct On/Off-Site Stock Inventory Checks: Verify inventory levels and assist to maintain accurate records within the system.
- Issue Equipment and Access Cards: Manage the issuance/control of equipment and access cards to authorized personnel, following established SOP.
- Perform Data Entry, Collection, and Cleansing: Ensure accurate and complete data entry, actively identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Support Payment and Billing Activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
