Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Maintain full sets of accounts for Singapore office.
- Supervise and review AP / AR (partial in India Shared Service)
- Support AP payments
- In charge of AP reconciliation
- Interco billing and reconciliation
- Responsible and maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly journals and audit schedules
- Prepare and manage month end close on a timely basis
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Keep track and monitor PO utilization percentage
- Respond to supplier enquires on invoices, payments, SOA
- Monthly OPEX analysis
- Respond to AR related enquires
- Assist in preparation of management reports
- Support in forecasting and budgeting exercise for the company.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures
- Assist in external parties queries (Audit / Tax / Corp Sect / Iras)
- Assist in preparation of AGM documents
- Prepare Quarterly Financial Pack and Quarterly Revaluation
- Weekly and Monthly Cash flow forecast
- Withholding Tax submission
- Government Survey
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in similar capacity in MNC environment
- Familiar with Accounting procedure and knowledge in Singapore Accounting Standard
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup)
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, Hands on, well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
- A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines
