Job Description
- Supervise and ensure that all activities carried out are strictly in accordance with contractual specification.
- Issue project-specific work instructions.
- Ensure project delivery is in accordance to given schedule.
- Oversee and train the workers.
- Ensure that all the safety rules and regulations are being observed.
- Feedback to Project-in-Charge/ Service Manager on work progress and issues.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of experience in ACMV installation (CHW & CW system, DX system, MV system).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Fast learner.
- Resourceful, initiative, driven, and pro-active.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Confident, positive mindset, honest, has integrity and good work ethics.
- Good leadership skills.
- Able to converse, read and write in basic English.
- Good communication skills.
