Job Responsibilities
As a CITRIX –VDI L1 French Support Engineer he/she:
- Provide French Language support via Phone, Email, Chat etc.
- Support on all incidents created on METIS (ServiceNow) for Citrix & VDI category.
- Server Decommission & re-installation.
- Assign incidents and tasks in timely manner via ticketing tool.
- Handle Citrix VDI requests.
- Other assigned tasks on time to time based on the requirement.
- Maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for operating systems.
As a member of ISAP/ITS, he/she:
- Supports his/her team during diagnosis when French language support is required.
- Guarantees the production readiness for day-to-day operations.
- Actively learn new technologies and technology trends which is getting incorporated in CACIB environment.
- Perform health checks as defined and take respective actions.
- Responsible for service request, incidents and other tasks.
- Facilitates collaboration and spread of information from and to the team.
- Participates in department activities including brainstorming, team building and other team or transversal actions.
Functional Job specific environment and/or organization
- Required to attend meetings with Paris counterparts. Proficiency in French is a must.
- Working hours will primarily match Europe business hours
Job Qualification
Technical (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in supporting and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Citrix environment (Xenapp/Desktop) is desirable.
- Experience in supporting Windows operating systems desirable.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:Computer Science
