- Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple restaurants to achieve target KPIs
- Drive sales revenue, increase customer service level and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met.
- Responsible for controllable cost management in terms of outlet overhead and operation costs
- Responsible for developing and grooming the store managerial team to ensure career progression, capability improvement and skills upgrade
- Work with HQ to ensure manpower is sufficient and manage manpower cost.
- Establish procedures and standards of work to ensure operation efficiency in a customer-centric environment
- Strategize with Marketing Department to increase sales and identify new sales opportunity
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
- Utilizes and plan labour effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
