Duties & Responsibilities:


  1. Lead and manage Corporate Quality and its Objectives at Regional and/or Global level.
  2. Guide the Management and steer the Company based on Corporate/Company's vision and goals
  3. Develop and recommend improvement to company’s system to align with latest industry requirement
  4. Establish yearly audit and training schedule. Lead and Conduct audit and training sessions
  5. Attend weekly and monthly department meetings, both at HQ and Site
  6. Defend the Company and protect Company’s interests at all times
  7. Establish effective communication channel within the Company in respect of QMS requirements
  8. Be objective, fair and just when making decisions
  9. Plan for succession training of new staff to ensure continuity of department in the event of transfer and or exigencies of work
  10. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Building
  2. Possess extensive knowledge of various International Standards in relation to Quality with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
  3. Possess excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  4. Good problem solving skills
  5. Possess leadership abilities
  6. Possess strategic thinking, analytical and negotiation skills
