Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Corporate Quality and its Objectives at Regional and/or Global level.
- Guide the Management and steer the Company based on Corporate/Company's vision and goals
- Develop and recommend improvement to company’s system to align with latest industry requirement
- Establish yearly audit and training schedule. Lead and Conduct audit and training sessions
- Attend weekly and monthly department meetings, both at HQ and Site
- Defend the Company and protect Company’s interests at all times
- Establish effective communication channel within the Company in respect of QMS requirements
- Be objective, fair and just when making decisions
- Plan for succession training of new staff to ensure continuity of department in the event of transfer and or exigencies of work
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Building
- Possess extensive knowledge of various International Standards in relation to Quality with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Possess leadership abilities
- Possess strategic thinking, analytical and negotiation skills
