Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and liaise with customers / transporter on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.
- System transactions for receiving and order fulfillment activities.
- Shipment arrangement per customer’s instruction.
- Compilation of outbound documentation for cargo release.
- Consolidation of documentation return to Customer.
- Documentation and record retention per established requirements.
- Ensure all KPIs are met.
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Operations Executive / Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service.
- Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners.
- Singaporean Only
