Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee & manage day-to-day operations, including FOH and BOH
- Preserve and upholding excellent levels of customer service
- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage products
- Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
- Stock management - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct monthly stock count and reports
- To appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- To facilitate events and promotions with Marketing strategies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
