Job responsibilities;
- Manage and motivate the outlet team, planning of team duties and schedule, ensuring smooth operation.
- Ensure all beauty treatments provided by the team are in accordance with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
- Oversee daily sales operation, a compilation of monthly sales records for Head Office.
- Handle customers’ queries.
- Handle customers’ appointments and cashiering duties.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide ideas and suggestions.
Requirement;
- CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC / WDA beauty certification.
- At least three (03) years of relevant working experience.
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in a professional and responsive manner.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player.
