1) Supervise a small team
2) Ensure workflows, SOPs and guidelines are executed in accordance to funding policy
3) Able to contextualise problems/issues and propose solution
4) Coordinate with internal divisions and vendors to support system development projects
5) Able to manage different levels of stakeholders and clients
6) Attend to appeals and enquiries on grant application and claims
7) Collate and analyse statistics for management reporting
8) Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements
9) Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting
10) Other ad-hoc projects as may be required
1) At least 2 to 3 years of working experience.
HR and Admin Experience in Grant and Subsidies are welcome
2) Experienced in grant operation is preferred
3) Good communications and problem solving skills
4) Ability to work independently and an eye for details
5) Competent in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
