This position is under the MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT Team. Together with the Marketing, they drive new businesses and form the heartbeat of the company's growth potential.
Responsibility
- Part of a team to launch and develop new products and businesses.
- Make viability studies.
- Able to provide customize solutions to key accounts.
- Formulate business strategies to reach out to new markets.
- Specification work to influencers like consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Develop key accounts and markets.
- Responsible for sales performance of new products
Requirements
- Min 5 years of working experience in sales and /or marketing
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or Architectural
- Good business acumen to identify opportunities.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Resourcefulness whereby to be able to work with partners to find solutions
- Experience in Built Environment, Facility Management, Interior Design and Architectural preferred
