Job Responsibilities :
- Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records
- Check to ensure online bank account numbers of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorised.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Invoicing
- Petty Cash Reimbursement
- Month End closing
- Data entry, administration duty and any other task as assigned.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Accounting certificates is a must.
- Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking/Payment, Month End closing, Project Costing and Petty Cash Reimbursement.
- Data entry, admin duty and any other task as assigned.
- Experience in Accpac Accounting system
Additional Info :
- 5 day's work week.
- Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.
