Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the vertical access solutions, construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market knowledge and ability to build a brand
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Awareness of internal and external customer needs
- A high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skill
