Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the vertical access solutions, construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market knowledge and ability to build a brand
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Awareness of internal and external customer needs
  • A high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skill

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
