Assistant Restaurant Manager

Mj Pte. Ltd.

Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for presenting menus to patrons. He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items. He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers. He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes. He/She performs cashiering duties. He/She may also be required to prepare the food.

Monitor food and labour costs

Provide waiting service as and when required, including but not limited to refilling drinks, grilling bbq food at dining tables etc

~ Process payments.

~ Project a positive and professional image.

~ Provide counter/take-away service.

~ Provide go-the-extra-mile service.

~ Provide safety and security for guests.

~ Respond to service challenges.

~ Solve problems and make decisions at operations level.

~ Use essential features of a computer.
