Admin Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Answer phone and greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

2) Compiling, maintaining and updating daily and monthly attendance of Site employees.

3) Managing office inventories.

4) Operating office equipment including printers, copiers & fax machines.

5) Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork.

6) Perform general office functions to include data entry.

7) Assist administrative staff in paperwork processing and filing duties.

8) Checking incoming mails, arranging courier services when required.

9) All other adhoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least "O" or "N" level

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

Monthly Salary Range (SGD)

$1,700 - 2,000

Working Location: Tuas South

We provide Transport from Woodlands & Tuas Crescent

Working hrs: 8.30am to 5.30pm
