Job Responsibilities
- Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required
- Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
- Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing
- Prepare for final submissions
- Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor
- Attend site meeting for on-going project
- Process VO and preparing final accounts
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is details oriented, possesses strong skills relevant to the scope of work. Able to work in a team and independently, possesses excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.
- Training will be provided.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
- At least 2 years experience in Interior construction
