Job Description
- To provide internal technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via email
- Setting up e-mails for staff requirement
- To perform monthly system health checks and reporting
- To configure/trouble network managed switches
- To provide support on Microsoft 365 solution
- To implement and configure new tools, fix bugs, and assist staff to use IT systems
- Provide IT/End user support (Setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software, patches, troubleshooting and etc.)
- Incident Management workflow, including appropriate and timely escalation
- Initiate 3rd party vendor support requests if required
- Identify and resolve any IT problem that arises
- Other ad-hoc duty instructed by IT Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level / Any work experience as a Technical Support Assistant, Desktop Support Assistant, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues etc.
- 3-months renewable contract basis.
- 5 days work week.
