- Provide sales and business support to the team which include but not limited to:
- Handle incoming enquiries, prepare technical costing sheets, generate, and issue sales quotations/ contract and shipping documents.
- Responsible for order processing and coordinate shipment delivery.
- Liaise with Sales teams in various countries on sales / orders processing.
- Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creation, credit notes.
- Administrative support such as filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
- Any other assignment as directed by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in logistics or service provider background.
- Required Skill(s): MS office and SAP
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
