Responsibility:
- Build up company’s overall BIM capabilities
- Prepare, maintain and update of BIM execution plan and models
- Manage process of exchange and coordination of 3D model with consultants and client
- Manage BIM/ Revit setup, family, standards and protocol
- Manage technological collaboration between project team members
- Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools
- Oversee Quality and Standards of BIM in the company
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture and above
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in well-established architectural firms preferably
- Exposure in development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential)
- Good Leadership, organization and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office, the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit
- Have strong proficiency in drafting software and have sufficient experience in submissions to various authorities
- Familiar with local drafting standard and authority submission requirement
- Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in Public Housing Project
- Preferably Singaporean/ Singapore PR
