Responsibilities:
- Material inspection, test and measurement using Vernier Caliper, OD/ID micro-meter and dial indicator.
- Record all test results and data accurately for traceability requirements.
- Ensure the quality of the products meets company quality standard requirement.
- Completion of manufacturing records.
- Issue of Rejection Report / Non Conformance Report. Defects photo taking for report compilation. Ensure Non-Conforming items are properly identified and segregated.
Requirements:
- ‘N’/’O’ Level/NTC/Higher/NITEC in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year QA/QC experience preferably in Metalworking / Manufacturing environment
- Able to read basic engineering drawing is an added advantage
- Singaporeans and PRs are preferred
