Mon to Fri 5 days week. Cover One sat half day once a month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily sales and administrative functions.
- Attend to customer enquire from phone and email.
- Follow with quotations.
- Filing and documentation.
- To perform administrative/analysis duties as required.
- To maintain existing customer relations.
- General Customer service and coordinate with operation team when required
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Integrity and responsibility to be able to work independently.
- Required Skill: good communication.
- Training shall be provided for candidate with no relevant experience.
- Candidates with contractor firm or Facility Management experience will be an added advantage
