a) Carry a positive image while providing professional customer service to all our customers on board the ship
b) Making sure that the team attends to our customer’s request promptly and accurately
c) Monitor the ship’s schedule and ensuring all customers’ orders are delivered on time
d) Liaise between customers and our team for customer’s requirements
e) Ensure items rejected by vessel is returned promptly to vendors
f) Handle customer’s and company’s items with utmost care
g) Check that delivery order is returned to office promptly
h) Ensuring positive customer experience at all times by going the extra mile to exceed customers’ requirements and expectations
i) Assist in collecting the correct amount of cash from customers and submit to finance department immediately
